How it works
Send Us Your Photo
After purchasing this listing, please send us your photo(s) that you would like us to stitch to hello@humblestitchstudio.com. Photos that work best are ones where subjects are not too far from camera and good lighting (nature foliage in background is also big plus!). If you are concerned whether a photo would work before purchasing, please don’t hesitate to email us and ask!
Confirmation + Sketch Approval
We will contact you via email within 48-72 hours with an estimated delivery for your embroidery along with a sketch for you to review. You will have up to two revisions so that it looks exactly how you want it. After you have approved the sketch, we will begin stitching your order.
Delivery
We will send you a photo of your final embroidery before sending it out. Please note that your embroidery will already be placed in a sturdy wooden hoop ready to be displayed. All embroideries will be carefully examined and cleaned of unwanted dust before being packed in our eco-friendly packaging. It will be placed in a sturdy box with extra padding if needed.
Is this a gift?
We are more than happy to gift an embroidered hoop! We can include a personal message in the package and/or deliver directly to their address.
Simply select “Yes” when you reach the gift section in the form. If you do not have your message ready when you place your order, do not fret! You have until the day before we ship it out for you to send us your personal message.
