A portrait stitch is perfect for memorializing a favorite moment in time that was shared with a friend, family member, or a loved one. It makes an excellent gift for all occasions like birthdays, weddings, or anniversaries!
All portraits (single, couple, family) will be outlined with minimal facial details. Thread and fabric are not customizable but you can include add-ons such as text and background/environmental details.
How it works
Reserve Your Spot
We are only accepting limited orders each month and require a $25 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot (this will go towards your final order). You can reserve your spot here. This link is available 2 weeks before each month so if you are wanting your embroidery by a certain date, you must plan accordingly.
Send Us Your Photo
After securing a spot, we will contact you within 24 hours via email where you will be able to complete your purchase and send us your photo. Please check your Spam or Junk folder if you have not received an email from us. Photos that work best are ones where subjects are not too far from camera and good lighting (nature foliage in background is also big plus!). If you are concerned whether a photo would work before purchasing, please don’t hesitate to email us and ask!
Sketch Approval
Upon receiving your photo, it will take 48-72 hours for us to complete your sketch. You will have up to two revisions so that it looks exactly how you want it. After you have approve the sketch, we will begin stitching your order.
Delivery
All orders will be shipped at the end of the month. We will send you a photo of your final embroidery before sending it out. Please note that your embroidery will already be placed in a sturdy wooden hoop ready to be displayed. All embroideries will be carefully examined and cleaned of unwanted dust before being packed in our eco-friendly packaging. It will be placed in a sturdy box with extra padding if needed.
