Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, refunds, and exchanges on custom orders, but if there is a problem with your order, please contact us at hello@humblestitchstudio.com.

Order Cancellations

Once your custom order payment is processed, your order can no longer be cancelled.

Shipping

Humble Stitch Studio ships all orders through USPS with USPS Tracking. You will be given the option to have a signature required (for a small added fee) upon receiving your order to prevent the occurrence of stolen packages. Before your order is shipped, we will contact you again to confirm your shipping address. Once shipped, we will not be responsible for any delays or damages. However, we will be more than happy to locate your order whenever possible. If you believe your package is stolen AND DID NOT opt in to have a signature required, please contact USPS. We cannot guarantee that your order will be fully refunded. If you have any questions or issues with the delivery of your order, please contact USPS.

Rights to Work Product

All completed sketches and custom embroidered hoops are considered intellectual property of Humble Stitch Studio LLC. The use of all sketches and embroidered hoops done by Humble Stitch Studio for the purpose of profit is prohibited. Sketches are not to be redistributed, copied, or used as reference for other works without authorized permission. Humble Stitch Studio LLC also reserves the right to take photos of all completed work and use these images for promotional material both in print and digital platforms.
