USPS is experiencing delays in delivery as a result of COVID-19, so your embroidery may get to you later than our expected delivery date.

+ How do I order a custom embroidery?

+ What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Apple Pay. Work will not begin until payment is paid in full. We are also now offering Afterpay which you can pay in installments!

+ Where do you ship?

We are only shipping to the United States and Canada at the moment. Additional fees may apply for international shipping. Send us a message if you are located elsewhere!

+ How much is shipping?

Shipping fees start at a flat rate of $8 USD or $10 USD with USPS Signature Confirmation (recommended to prevent stolen packages). All orders will be provided with USPS Tracking and will approximately deliver to you between 2-5 business days.

+ How much time in advance do I have to order my custom embroidery?

If you need your custom embroidery delivered by a specific date, we recommend that you place an order with us 4 weeks in advanced or as soon as possible. The delivery of your embroidery is determined by your place of order. We stitch one order at a time and will work on whatever order is next. Please keep in mind that if you are further down the list you may have to wait a little longer before we will start your order. Please plan accordingly when ordering with us.

+ How long will my order take to stitch?

Each of our custom services have a specific turnaround time. This indicates how long it will take for us to complete your order after you approve your sketch.

+ Can I get my custom embroidery order rushed?

The delivery of your embroidery is determined by your place of order. We do not rush orders as it will push everyone else's orders back. However, we can expedite your shipping (1-2 day delivery) for quicker than normal shipping at an extra cost. If you would like to know your place of order, please email us at hello@humblestitchstudio.com otherwise, we recommend that you place an order with us 4 weeks prior to your preferred delivery date or as soon as possible.

+ Do you only stitch people or can you do pets/animals too?

Yes, we stitch people AND pets! Please be aware that it will be similar to our line art portrait embroideries and will not be stitched in full color.
