How to Order

How it works

Accepting 4 orders each month*

We are now implementing batch orders. This means we are accepting only 4 orders each month. It will take the entire month to complete all orders and all will be shipped out at once at the end of the month

*May subject to change. 4 is the maximum amount of orders we will take each month

Pre-order to secure your spot

Our pre-orders consists of 2 payments:

  • A $25 non-refundable deposit to secure your spot, which will go towards your order and

  • within 24 hours of receiving your deposit, we will contact you via email where you will be able to complete the remaining balance of your order (must be paid in full before the start of each new month).

You will be able to pre-order through a direct link which will be open to the public. Access to this link will be available 2 weeks before each new month. We will make an announcement when this link goes live on Instagram, our website, and via email to our email subscribers (email subscribers will be notified first).

Plan ahead

If you are wanting to receive your order by a certain date, please plan accordingly. For example, if you need the embroidery in April, you will need to order 2 weeks before March (mid-February when our March order link will be live).

FAQ’s

  • It is likely spots will not be filled each month! We will keep all of our followers on social media and email subscribers updated. If spots do fill up, just send us an email and we will see if we can accommodate you! Just be sure you have your photo and payment ready.

  • No! Although it is preferred that you have your photo ready, you will have until the first week of the month to send in your photo.

  • If you are concerned about a photo or can’t decide what photo works best, we are more than happy to help you out! Just send us an email at hello@humblestitchstudio.com and we will gladly give you our opinion!

  • Please know that a month gives us enough time to complete a maximum of 4 orders. If we are accepting less than 4 orders for that month, we may ship it out earlier.

    If it is an emergency and you need it right away, we can accommodate you with a rush order fee plus expedited shipping. Please contact us for an exact quote.
